    Former head and founder of the Silk Road Programme at the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), with 35 years of international experience, she is currently a Consultant for the Department of European Studies "Jean Monnet", Lugano, Switzerland, and is engaged in a number of international projects. She is also a visiting lecturer on Tourism Marketing at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia, and a special advisor to the Institute of Tourism development, Uzbekistan.

With her current position, Natasha is responsible for negotiating with inbound tour operators from around the globe, and is happy to share a mindset of a person who is constantly choosing between vendors.

She was awarded the ‘’Most Influential Person’ by NDTV Profit & Outbound Travel Mart and also the ‘Young Woman of Substance and Leadership’ Award by the Honorable Minister of Tourism, Govt. of India, at Hospitality India & Explore the World International Awards. Jyoti Mayal was also recognized in India’s Incredible Women List compiled by Express Travel World. She was felicitated and awarded by PeakLife–‘Women Inspire’ Awards for her significant contribution to the Travel and Trade Industry.

    Ivana is in the Executive Board of WFTGA (World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations) and  is a founder of Serbian National Tourist Guide Association. Ivana is also a professor at the College of Professional studies.
    Since 2011, Ivana has been providing training for cruise companies Costa and Tui. In 2007 she finished a training in the
    International training center of WFTGA in Cyprus. Since then, she has been involved in delivery of many tourist guide training around the world. Currently Ivana is the lead trainer in Qatar. She was engaged in writing by-laws and strategies for tourist guides.
  • Karim ElMinabawy
    Cairo, Egypt
    Karim is the President of the SITE (Society of Incentive Travel Excellence) International board of Directors, a Chairman of the Tourism committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt.
    After five years working with Hilton International in Egypt and overseas, Karim joined Emeco Travel. He
    has gone through different positions in the organization and started the first PCO (Professional Conference Organizer) operation in Egypt. He was appointed the President of the company in the year 2000 and then the President of the whole Group four years later, overviewing its 6 subsidiaries.

    Fitsum Gezahegne Lakew, a Ph.D. in International Relations, a founder of the highly esteemed Paradise Ethiopia Travel.
    Firsum is a key influencer in shaping the trajectory of the tourism sector in Ethiopia. Since 2003, Fitsum has been the president and co-founder of the Ethiopian Tour Operators Association. Firsum also provides specialized training on 'Tour Operations and Tour Guiding' across various Ethiopian educational institutions.
